We are a nonprofit organisation providing domestic violence survivors with vital support, legal advocacy, and a voice in the Justice system.

Studies show that 1 in 4 women (27%) have endured physical, emotional, sexual or financial abuse by a cohabitating partner or family member from the age of 15.

The Australian Law Reform Commission report on the family court filed April 2019, gave 60 recommendations for Family Court Law Reform.  A very small portion of the recommendations have so far been implemented making the risk of further harm to families going through the Family Court system significantly high.

“Children are not consistently protected from harm; nor are people experiencing family violence.” ALRC

OUR MISSION

OUR MISSION

We are an Australian, for-purpose charity.

Our mission is to alleviate the psychological, emotional and financial burdens on domestic violence survivors who are also navigating the justice system.

ABOUT US

At Women’s Justice League we break down financial barriers to quality legal representation, ensuring survivor’s voices are heard in the courtroom. Through support, education, and advocacy, we’re shaping a future where safety and fairness are within reach for all. Because real change means survivors don’t just survive - they thrive.

TAKE ACTION

Justice shouldn’t have a price tag - and your support can make sure it doesn’t. By becoming a sponsor, you’re not just making a donation; you’re providing a lifeline, ensuring that survivors of domestic violence have the legal representation they need to reclaim their safety and voice in the courtroom. Together, we can break the cycle of abuse and create a future where justice is accessible for all - one woman, one family, at a time.

DON’T LET SILENCE ENABLE VIOLENCE,

Ignite Change.
